Controller

When you use the contact form or send an email

We receive the information you provide:

• your name and email address
• organisation (optional), services you are interested in and your timeline
• your message, and any calculator figures from the demo if you include them

Purpose and legal basis

We use the information only to answer your enquiry and, if relevant, prepare an offer. The legal basis is your consent (the checkbox in the form) and steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).

We do not use it for marketing and do not share it with anyone except the service providers below.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact if they do not lead to an assignment. If they do, we keep what the assignment and Norwegian bookkeeping law require.

Service providers (processors)

• Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting the website and form, forwarding email.
• Google LLC (Gmail): the inbox where enquiries arrive.

Both may process data outside the EU/EEA. Transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Technical information

Like any website, the server receives your IP address and standard technical details (browser, time). These are used briefly for operation, security and to stop abuse of the form (max. 5 submissions per minute), and are not kept by us beyond Cloudflare’s short operational logs.

No cookies or tracking

We use no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. If you choose a light or dark theme, the choice is stored only in your own browser.

The demo measures the response time of our own API from your browser; no personal data is stored.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to the processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. Contact kontakt@tavassoli.no.

Complaints

If you believe we process personal data unlawfully, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.no).
